Ghani Industry services and products to you are done under the below mentioned terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions to understand the agreement between you and us as two business parties.

Description of products

The information and description of products we have provided is subject to confirmation by us and we have the right to change them anytime we want. A finished garment’s size can vary to a minor extent (half inch). All the colours shown in presentations for acknowledgments and fabric textures may vary a little when seen in real. We reserve the right to refuse change or refund for any orders if an order customer support programme has been followed for the production of an order and order has been made the way it was asked to be made.

Delivery/collection

If you are to collect the orders from a port in Pakistan, then a delivery is deemed to have been done once we deliver the order/items/goods on the asked port. If the involved third party hired by us is delivering the goods and you are not able to receive them, any additional charges charged to us by the third party would be paid by you (customer). If the order has been delayed dued to duties not paid by you, and you didn’t respond to any custom calls, as a result goods kept long in custom custody and any damages would be handled by you (customer).

Delays in Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed due to custom clearance, operational problem of Delivery Company, any natural disaster like floods and earthquakes, in such events Ghani Industry would not be responsible or pay any damages.

Risk Transfer

All the risk of loss and destruction of items would be immediately transferred to you once we hand over the order to your asked carrier. (If you were to collect the order from a port)
All the risk of loss and destruction is transferred to you once the order has been delivered to your door or your suggested or requested place or premises. (if we were to deliver the order)
