Custom made orders cannot be returned or changed. Once an order has been made according to your given spec and instructions, it cannot be changed or returned.

Damaged or faulty items?

If you find items faulty or damaged on receiving then you are to notify us within 48 hours, if you notify us later than this time, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

Yes you will be charged for shipping of a return on our fashion label products. We also reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of items if they are not qualified to be returned according to our standard.

Custom Clothing project disagreement ?

In an event, where we have developed your products, spent funds on your set up, have sourced materials and for some reason you do not wish to continue production, we will return your funds after deduction of funds spent on your particular project.
