How are we different to other clothing businesses in Pakistan?
Usually businesses/clients from developed economies have issues dealing with the companies in South-Asia, the region being a developing region is still learning to trade with grown up economies. We have qualified professionals who understand the nature of business and demand in the developed economies and our customer support programme ensures the financial safety of our clients as well as the satisfaction towards the service and goods we provide.
How a bespoke order is done?
If you send us an idea you have with clear spec, we can produce design drawing and get them acknowledged by you, if you already have made the design yourself, just send us through via E.mail or add us on what’s up and send us all details, we will promptly start working on it and will make a sample and show you through pictures.
How colours are chosen?
For the sublimated garments, we use standard pantone chart and any pantone reference sent would be followed and test prints would be shown before getting into bulk production of an order. In case of cut and sewn non-sublimated garment, a sample or other examples of swatches are encouraged to send us, so we can meet the colour targets and match the exact colour.
Can we print garments?
We can, you have a big fashion print to be printed on a t-shirt or you want putting names or numbers of your team at the back of the garment, we can do for you. An additional cost would be charged for it.
Do we charge any set-up fees?
No!!!!!! You can send us your design spec and logos and details, we will make you a design and send you through for acknowledgement, and we will not charge you for this service.
If an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and will let you know about delivery time of the item.
How an order is initiated?
Before we dispatch an order to a customer, whether it’s a trade customer, a team kit order, school wear or our own fashion label product, we have several steps to ensure client’s satisfaction and consent to the deal.
How do you pay?
We have conventional methods of payments and also the very latest methods. You can either pay into our International Bank account or PayPal payments can also be done.
Do we embroider?
Yes, we do and an additional cost would be charged depending on the size and work of a unit to be embroidered. An embroider sample would be shown prior to the production of the order, once you acknowledge the quality of it, then only we will move to the bulk production of the same
Do we have a minimum quantity requirement for an order?
For the bespoke custom made orders, yes we do have a minimum order quantity requirement of a whole team kit for your sport. It could be 10 players or plus, we can make that order for you.
Would you pay all the taxes?
Yes, the import duty taxes that the custom department of your country signs you for goods you bought; you will pay them on receiving the order.
Can we help with duties & Taxes?
Yes, if you want us to handle your delivery as well as your duty and taxes, we can provide you with an inclusive price of goods delivered at your door.
Our lead times for custom made orders?
We over the years have worked very hard and developed our lead times practically after doing big and small all kind of shipments. A normal custom made order can be delivered within 5 to 6 working days once the payment has been made. If quantities are big and the nature of order is difficult, then lead times are subject to the nature of such an order.
If you want to handle your order delivery?
If you want to handle your delivery and have all the arrangements and want us to deliver your goods to a Pakistani port or to your carrier’s premises, please do let us know and we will provide your goods in time on a committed date.
EXPRESS delivery option?
We can provide you with an express delivery, charges of express delivery are higher than a normal delivery.
Delivery delays?
If we have posted your items within our production time frame and because of some natural disaster or an operational delay by the delivery company, or custom clearance problem or any other natural incident makes the delivery lead time undone, we as a business will not be paying any damages caused by these above mentioned delays.
Delivery to a port in your country?
If you want us to deliver your order to a port near you, we will delivery it and you are to pick it from there in the asked collection time. We will not be paying for any damages caused by the goods being affected on such a place of collection.

Custom made orders returns?
Custom made orders cannot be returned or changed. Once an order has been made according to your given spec and instructions, it cannot be changed or returned.
Damaged or faulty items?
If you find items faulty or damaged on receiving then you are to notify us within 48 hours, if you notify us later than this time, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.
Will you be charged for the shipping of a return on our fashion label product?
Yes you will be charged for shipping of a return on our fashion label products. We also reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of items if they are not qualified to be returned according to our standard.
